Bexley Manor Nursery School was established in 1984 by the current Headteacher, a fully qualified teacher with more than twenty years teaching experience. All other members of the staff are either trained teachers, or qualified to NVQ level 3, 4, or 5, or have other qualifications relevant to the welfare and education of pre-school children.
We also have a part time SENCO (Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator) who gives additional help to children with special needs or disabilities and, where appropriate, liaises with speech therapists, educational psychologists, etc. A further member of staff is also employed to work with children with additional needs and this benefits all children in the Nursery.
Our school is situated in Penhill Road, Bexley. The building has been extended to enable us to offer places in three separate classrooms. Each room has a maximum of 16 children and a minimum of two trained staff, with further assistance for part of each session from a qualified teacher.

We are open for 38 weeks a year. This means that parents of children aged 3 or 4 are entitled to the full amount of the government's Early Years Grant. More Information
We also accept Childcare Vouchers in payment of fees. (These vouchers are offered to staff by some employers as a tax-free benefit.)
